Recipe Ingredients for Sweet onion, tomato, and cuke salad

3 large tomatoes, chopped
3 large cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded and sliced
1 large sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Sweet onion, tomato, and cuke salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumbers and onion.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the oil, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

  3. Pour over tomato mixture and toss to coat.

  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
