Sweet Marinated Veggies that get better the longer they stay in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Marinated Veggies

15 oz kidney beans, drained
15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
15 oz peas, drained
15 oz french style green beans, drained
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup splenda
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Sweet Marinated Veggies

  1. Mix Splenda, Canola Oil, White Vinegar and Salt together as marinate.

  2. Mix kidney beans, whole kernel corn, peas, french style green beans, chopped red pepper, chopped green pepper, chopped celery and chopped onion together, stir in marinate.

  3. Cover and store in the fridge.

  4. Serve chilled.
