Recipe Ingredients for Sweet curry 647 cal

90 g rice
30 g pineapple, chunk
20 g raisin
100 g tomato, chunk
50 g onion, chunk
100 ml lite coconut milk
90 g chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Sweet curry 647 cal

  1. Put your rice in the rice cooker with twice as much of water.

  2. Chop the onion in small chunk and put it a fry pan on medium heat.

  3. Chop the chicken breast in very slim chunks and add it to the pan, leave it for 5 min.

  4. Add the tomato chunks, pineapple chunks and raisins.

  5. Add the coconut milk, reduce the heat to low and stir gently with a wooden spoon.

  6. Tip: once the rice is cook, put it in a bowl, flip it against a plate so that the rice take the shape of bowl, remove the bowl.
