Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Cornbread Muffins

1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup soy milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Sweet Cornbread Muffins

Heat over to 400. Mix together dry ingredients together. Melt butter and add wet ingredients, then add to dry ingredients. Pour batter into 12 lined muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes. Serve with jelly.
