1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
1 tbs. (14 g) baking powder
1 tsp. (6 g) salt
1 cup (240 mL) 2% milk
1/3 cup (80 mL) vegetable oil
1 large egg

  2. Mix the dry ingredients.

  3. Whisk the wet ingredients.

  4. Combine just until mixed.
