Recipe Ingredients for sweet corn and lemon quinoa

1 cup Quinoa
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 cup Corn, Whole Kernel
1/4 cup chopped Scallions
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2.5 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.25 cup Butter

Recipe Directions for sweet corn and lemon quinoa

  1. cook quinoa as directed (1 c quinoa, 1.5 c water, cook in rice cooker)

  2. melt butter, and dtir in honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper.

  3. chop 4 scallions, add to drained corn in a bowl, add cooked quinoa, add liquid and toss.
