Recipe Ingredients for Sweet & Charred Vegetables

4 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
4 medium raw Tomato Roma
8 oz Carrot Chips
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
5 1tsp Olive Oil
4 dash Salt, Table
8 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Sweet & Charred Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Cut vegetables cut up into 1/4 inch peices

  3. Place veggies into bowl with olive oil and salt/pepper and toss

  4. Roasted veggies on flat cookie sheet for 50 minutes in 400 degree oven
