Recipe Ingredients for Sweet bell pepper stuffed with low cal turkey salad

1 sweet bell pepper
4 ounces turkey breast
2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon chopped cranberries
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Sweet bell pepper stuffed with low cal turkey salad

  1. Cut sweet bell pepper (yellow, orange, or red) into two halves. Scoop out seeds and remove stem.

  2. In small bowl, shred turkey breast into small bits

  3. Chop celery, walnuts, and cranberries.

  4. Stir in mayo with turkey. Then stir in remaining ingredients.

  5. Stuff 1/2 of mixture into each side of bell pepper.

  6. Enjoy!!
