Recipe Ingredients for Sweedish Meatballs

16 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Loaf
16 oz Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
2 large Egg, Whole
16 oz Gravy

Recipe Directions for Sweedish Meatballs

Combine meats breadcrumbs and eggs. Add seasonings mix well and shape into small meatballs. Simmer in beef broth till done. Make a roo with equal parts butter and flour. Thicken broth with roo and serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
