1/4 cup Jumbo Thompson Seedless Raisins
7 oz Apples
1/2 fruit without seeds Lemons
1/4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Allspice, Ground
