Recipe Ingredients for Swedish Stew

8 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Roasts), Boneless
1 cream of mushroom soup can
12 oz Mushrooms
8 oz water
4 oz light sour cream

Recipe Directions for Swedish Stew

Cut up pork in cubes. Saute onion & mushrooms, add cream of mushroom soup, & pork and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and just heat through. Serve over rice.
