adapted from NY times recipe, using white whole wheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Swedish pancakes

3/4 cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 cups white whole wheat flour
1/4 cups white sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
2 cups skim milk
1/8 tsp salt
6 eggs

Recipe Directions for Swedish pancakes

  1. mix eggs and sugar together, gradually adding salt and flour. slowly add milk. Add melted butter.

  2. Use 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Brush griddle with melted butter to prevent sticking.

  3. Makes approximately 18 pancakes.
