6 large Egg, White
0.75 cup White Flour, Unbleached
2 cup Fat Free Milk
3 tsp Pure Cane Sugar

Recipe Directions for Swedish Pancakes

  1. beat 6 egg whites

  2. blend in 2 cups of skim milk

  3. add 1 TBSP of sugar

  4. add in 3/4 cup of flour

  5. spray griddle with "Pan" pour in 3/4 cup of batter

  6. wait till bubbly looking

  7. flip
