Thin and delicious pancake/crepes!!

Recipe Ingredients for Swedish Pancakes

3 eggs
1 3/4 cups 1% milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe Directions for Swedish Pancakes

Put all ingredients in a blender, blend on high for a minute. Heat griddle on high, pour batter onto griddle (no spray needed), Flip when the pancake forms bubbles. Serve with syrup!!
