3/4 c egg substitute
2 c skim milk
1/8 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c flour

  1. Melt butter in 9x13 pan in 400 oven

  2. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, salt & flour

  3. Add to butter

  4. Cook 20 minutes
