Recipe Ingredients for SuzyQ Smoothie

1/2 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
1/2 cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt
74 grams Banana
135 grams Pineapple Chunks (fresh or in own juice)
85 grams Strawberries
2 ounces Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate (Langers)

Recipe Directions for SuzyQ Smoothie

  1. Put soy milk in blender.

  2. Add frozen orange juice concentrate.

  3. Add yogurt. Put lid on blender.

  4. Give blender a whirl on pulse to mix.

  5. Add banana. Cover and pulse.

  6. Add pineapple chunks. Cover and pulse.

  7. Add strawberries. Cover and blend on high speed for one minute.

  8. Options: Add protein powder before fruit, if desired.
