Recipe Ingredients for Suya

3 pounds skirt steak
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup roasted peanuts (ground)
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chicken bouillon

Recipe Directions for Suya

  1. Directions

  2. Wash 3 pounds of beef skirt steak thoroughly

  3. Sprinkle with half a cup of oil

  4. Season with granulated chicken bouillon

  5. Sprinkle with ginger, hot pepper and paprika

  6. String unto 10" bamboo skewers

  7. Grill over medium heat on an outdoor grill

  8. Serve hot with tomatoes and onion
