Recipe Ingredients for Sutton (esque) Vegetarian Quesadilla

0.33 cup Refried Black Beans w/Jalepeno
1 Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
1/2 cup Peppers, Sweet, Red - Frozen, Chopped, Cooked, Boiled, Drained, Without Salt
3 oz Guacamole
0.33 cup Vidalia Onion

Recipe Directions for Sutton (esque) Vegetarian Quesadilla

  1. Pepper to taste & reheat peppers - microwave. "Stop-light" variety best (red-green-yellow)

  2. Spread re-fried beans on tortilla & heat 30 seconds - microwave.

  3. Spoon peppers, onions & guacamole, wrap & eat.

  4. Variations - whole wheat, spinach, all-grain tortillas. Plenty of flavor w/out cheese but if you must...Re-fried beans variations - vegetarian, black, salsa style.
