sweet rice (like pudding), ideal when guests come over only for a coffee and drink, so you give them a little fast-cooking dessert. Note that if you use 0.5% fat milk and Natreen sweetener (or any other that contains only 0.01 calories per tablet) instead of sugar, you can save up to 100 calories per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for SUTLIJAS

1 cup of white rice (100 gr)
1/2 cup of water
1 l of skim milk, 1,5 % fat
7 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tbsp of cinnamon

Recipe Directions for SUTLIJAS

Cook rice with a little bit of water, then after it boils, add 1 l of milk and mix for one hour (you don't have to mix all the time, just occasionally). When it cools down put in 4 little plates and garnish with cinnamon.
