1 shell 12" pizza crust, whole wheat
1/4 cup pizza sauce
3 1/2 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Susie's Veggie Pizza

  1. Preheat oven 450 degrees.

  2. Spread pizza sauce onto crust.

  3. Add veggies and cheese.

  4. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
