WARNING .. lol .. this was my first (practice) entry .. you can play with it to create your own special cracker .. this can be made with whole wheat flour .. also you can add garlic, other spices to 'spice it up' ...

Recipe Ingredients for susie's crackers

2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup 2% milk (enough to form ball of dough)

Recipe Directions for susie's crackers

  1. mix flour and spread to sandy consistency

  2. add milk slowly mixing to form ball of dough

  3. turn out on floured cloth .. kneed and roll out into thin (1/4) thick .. cut size to fit baking sheet, score into squares (will break at these points when cooked to form 'crackers' for snack spreads)

  4. bake at 450 til golden brown (about 15 minutes)
