1 3/4 cups rice, uncooked
3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
8 ounces imitation crab meat
2 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
1 large cucumber
1 large carrot
6 green onions
1 avocado
6 tbsp soy sauce
13 g nori

  1. cook rice in rice cooker

  2. let rice cool to room temp

  3. add rice wine vinegar

  4. assemble sushi rolls as desired
