Can Serve 2 people or 1 person with a little left over. I recomend adding cooked or raw, salmon, tuna or trout. All are high in omega 3. I also buying dried rice seasoning. They generally contain no calories and make the dish taste better.

Recipe Ingredients for Sushi Mix

43 9/10 grams Cucumber, Peeled
1 serving Rice Vinegar
2 oz Carrots
2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
3 oz Surimi

Recipe Directions for Sushi Mix

  1. Cook the rice.

  2. Mix the rice vinegar and soy sauce into the rice after the rice is done cooking.

  3. Shred the carrots using a cheese grader.

  4. Peel and dice the cucumber.

  5. Scramble the eggs. (You can mix the rice vinegar with the eggs if you like).

  6. Shred, dice, or slice the surimi, doesn't matter what you do with it.

  7. Add any extra ingredient(s) you want.

  8. Mix all together and serve.
