3 cups flax seeds, ground
2 cups sunflower seeds, hulled and ground
1 cup raw almonds, ground

Recipe Directions for Susan's LSA Mix

grind flax seeds in seed (or coffee) grinder; grind organic hulled sunflowers in seed grinder, then run through food processor; grind organic raw almonds in food processor; mix all ingredients thoroughly; store in tightly closed mason's (or other) jars in refrigerator; keeps for months.
