Recipe Ingredients for Susan's Fruit Salad

3 cups pineapple, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1 orange, peeled, chopped
1 banana, chopped
6 strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tsp dried coconut
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
3 cups cantaloupe, chopped

Recipe Directions for Susan's Fruit Salad

peel and chop pineapple into medium chunks; chop unpeeled apple into medium chunks; peel orange, cut in half horizontally, and separate sections; hull and chop strawberries into 3 - 4 pieces; chop cantaloupe (or other melon) into medium chunks; mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
