29 oz pineapple chunks , drained, reserving 1 cup of juice
11 oz tangerines, drained
10 oz cherries, pitted
3 bananas, sliced
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 cup pineapple juice, reserved from cans of pineapple

Recipe Directions for Susan Suther's Fruit Salad

  1. Reserve 1 cup of pineapple juice before draining.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk pineapple juice into pudding mix for 2 min. until pudding mixture is thick.

  3. Add fruit. Stir.
