2 tablespoons butter
1 oz half and half
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch pepper

  2. Place cauliflower in steamer and bring to a boil

  3. Reduce heat to medium cover and cook for 4 mins

  4. Puree in food blender

  5. Add butter and half and half

  6. season with salt and pepper
