50 grams Sunflower Seeds
50 grams Pumpkin Seeds
875 grams Rye Flour
375 grams Wheat Flour
40 grams Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Surdejs Rugbrød (3,6Kcal/g)

  1. Surdejs Rugbrød

  2. 1 dl Surdej

  3. 750 ml Lunkent vand

  4. 1 spsk Salt

  5. 75 g Kerner (Kamut, Rug, andet)

  6. 50 g Solsikkefrø

  7. 50 g Græskarkerner

  8. 375 g Rugmel

  9. 375 g Hvedemel

  10. Blandes sammen og stilles lunt 12 -24 timer.

  11. 250 ml Lunken vand

  12. 500 g Rugmel

  13. Tag dej fra til næste surdej, og stil i køleskabet i lukket beholder med salt drysset på.

  14. Resten af dejen lægges i smurte bageforme og stilles til hævning 4 timer, lunt.

  15. Efter hævning til dobbelt størrelse, pensles brødene med olie og sættes i kold ovn, der sættes til 200 grader.

  16. 20 g Olie

  17. Bagetid minimum 90 minutter.

  18. Efter bagning tages brødene ud af formene, pensles med olie igen og afkøler med viskestykke over.
