  1. Surdejs Hvedebrød

  2. 1 dl Surdej

  3. 600 g Hvedemel

  4. 200 g Durum, Semolina

  5. 50 g olie (10g til pensling/40g til dejen)

  6. 1,5 kop lunken vand

  7. Alt blandes sammen og stilles i køleskab til hævning natten over.

  8. Derefter æltes dejen igen, og lægges i form til hævning 4 timer.

  9. Pensles m/ olie inden bagning og 5g groft salt drysses over.

  10. Bages ved 250gr i 45min.

  11. Når brødet er bagt, tages det ud af formen til afkøling.
