This is a great lunch. Once you've moved past the "lets see if I can starve myself and lose weight" faze here is a nice little lunch

Recipe Ingredients for Suprisingly satisfying tofu wrap

1 tortilla Flour Tortillas
2 oz Trader Joes lite shredded 3 cheese blend
1.5 oz Baked, Teriyaki
2 tsp Yellow Mustard
0.5 cups Iceberg Lettuce

Recipe Directions for Suprisingly satisfying tofu wrap

  1. Sprinkle the cheese on the tortilla and microwave or heat cheese side up in a pan until the cheese is melty.

  2. Chop up the lettuce to the size you prefer (I always chop stuff smaller than other people like) and then dice your tofu and put it on top of the lettuce. Squirt mustard over the filling and roll up the tortilla so nothing will fall out of the bottom.
