Butternut squash, shallot onions, apples, pineapple, potatoes, carrots, all mix very well to create a very flavourful soup, perfect for spring, summer or fall!

Recipe Ingredients for Suprise Butternut Squash Soup

3 cups Butternut squash
1 carrot
1/4 cup Shallots
1/2 cup potato
5 cloves garlic
1 apple
2 oz pineapple
4 cups water
1 tbs Parsley
1/2 tbs Thyme
1/2 c Oregano
1/2 tbs Fresh Mint
1/2 tbs Salt
1/2 tbs Pepper
2 tbs corn starch

Recipe Directions for Suprise Butternut Squash Soup

  1. put all ingredients expect the corn starch in a pot and cook until all soften, use food processor to puree, if you want the soup ticker add 2tbs mix with a bit of water and add to soup.

  2. serve with a fresh mint leave and a sprinkle of hazzlenut on top if you want.
