Recipe Ingredients for Supper Salad

1 cup Wheat, Hard Red Winter
1 cup Wild Rice
1 cup Barley, Pearled
4 cups Water
1 tsp Salt, Table
4 medium raw Tomato Roma
2 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, diced Celery
4 serving Kraft low fat olive oil Mayonaise
2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Supper Salad

cook the grains in 4 cups of water takes about an hour, cook the chicken and cut into bite size pieces. chop all the vegetables mix into the chilled grains add, the mayo stir and serve. Can be kept for 4 days in the refrigerator
