Delicious nacho style dinner, easy to make. Ingredients (minus chips) can be mixed into a crockpot and taken to a party to be served with chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Supper Nachos

2 lb ground beef
1 large onion, diced
16 oz refried beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups taco sauce
1 oz tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Supper Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg.

  2. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, drain

  3. Spread beans in the bottom of 9X12 glass dish

  4. Top with beef

  5. Top with cheese and taco sauce

  6. Bake at 400 deg. for 20-25 minutes

  7. Optional -- top with black olives and/or sour cream

  8. Crush some chips on your plate, top with nacho mixture.

  9. Enjoy!
