Recipe Ingredients for SuperK Healthy Desi Garlic Roasted Mashed Potatoes

6 medium potatoes
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
4 Garlic cloves
5 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
1 Green onions

Recipe Directions for SuperK Healthy Desi Garlic Roasted Mashed Potatoes

  1. With skin on cut them in cubes and put them in a roasting pan

  2. Toss with olive oil, chilli powder, garam masala, garlic ginger, garlic cloves, onions, black pepper and salt

  3. Preheat oven at 375, and bake them for 40 minutes or until lightly golden and soft, toss occasionally so they don?t burn on

  4. When they are done add a little warm milk and butter

  5. Turn them into mash potato with an up and down motion adding milk slowly

  6. Combine green onions
