A totally made up low calorie high in nutrient soup

Recipe Ingredients for Superfood Soup

1 tsp olive oil
1 cup Kale
1 cup Broccoli Raab
1 cup Swiss Chard
1 cup Bok Choy
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Butternut Squash
1 cup Parsnips
4 Hot peppers
6 cups water
8 cloves garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Superfood Soup

  1. Heat olive oil in large pot

  2. Mince garlic

  3. Add Garlic to pot and let it soften

  4. Add green vegetables (all chopped) to pot to sweat

  5. Add liquid and squash (diced)

  6. Boil and then simmer above all together til it can be blended

  7. Add more water if needed

  8. When all is soft, add tomato paste

  9. Blend together with an immersion blender
