Remove non-edible portion of all items above (stem, avocado seed and skin, kiwi skin) and wash all fruit thoroughly. Cut into chunks and blend with remaining ingredients and 1 cup of ice until smooth. Vary condensed milk to taste. Can substitute with honey if allergic to dairy. Almond milk can also be substituted with other vegan milk such rice milk, coconut milk (caution: may be much of a laxative), etc, Another alternative for sweetener is a juice combo of beets, apples, pineapple, carrots, celery). Additional ingredients to add: 1 Tbsp green food powder, protein powder, powder or liquid vitamins as needed. Blend and drink immediately.
