Recipe Ingredients for Superfood Salad

4 cups raw spinach
2 cups mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup English walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup light Italian dressing

Recipe Directions for Superfood Salad

  1. Put spinach in a large salad bowl. Add the mandarin oranges (drained) and the walnuts.

  2. Serve the Italian dressing on the side so that people can choose the amount they want!
