Just a little note here, the porridge is 50g of the oats from the packet (available from Tesco under the name "Scottish Porridge Oats with oatbran and wheatbran") with 270ml of semi-skimmed milk, as suggested on the packet. High in fibre, and can lower cholesterol; a superfood in its own right!

Recipe Ingredients for Superfood porridge+raisins+honey

1 serving Scottish Porridge, with oatbran and wheatbran
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
20 grams Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Superfood porridge+raisins+honey

  1. Place oats milk and raisins in a microwavable bowl.

  2. Stir and place in the microwave for 5 minutes if its Cat B, 650W and 4 minute for Cat E, 800W.

  3. Halfway through, remove and stir.

  4. Remove, add honey and eat. (Careful; it WILL be hot.)
