Great hearty chili for a get together or a cold night at home.

Recipe Ingredients for Superbowl Chili

32 ounces ground beef
4 cups diced tomatoes
4 cups canned pinto beans
1 cup canned tomato sauce
1 large onion, chopped
3 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Superbowl Chili

  1. Sautee chopped onion and minced garlic in large pot. When onions and garlic are tender, add ground beef and steak; brown.

  2. Add all other ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for time desired (I like to let it cook for a few hours). Serve with cornbread.
