1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tbsp Chili Powder
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1/2 grams Ground Cumin
