1 medium Carrots
1 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tsp Thyme, Fresh
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for super yummy lentils

Mince garlic and chop carrot, saute with little water. Add lentils and 1c water along with herbs. Cook for 20 minutes or until soft.
