Now, I add a pack of quorn crumbles but you can factor in whatever meat or faux meat you'd like. Remember ***the "meat" has not been factored in!!!***

Recipe Ingredients for Super Yummy Chili

12 oz cooked garbanzo beans
24 oz canned tomatoes
24 oz cooked black beans
1 cup chopped celery
1 onion
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 dash cayenne

Recipe Directions for Super Yummy Chili

  1. The beans I used were two 12oz cans of black beans and one 12oz can of garbanzo beans. The tomatoes I used were two 12oz cans of petite diced tomatoes. DO NOT DRAIN, pour it all in.

  2. Chop celery and onion. Add everything in a pot and let it cook on medium until the celery and onions are softened. You can add extra fiber and greens by putting kale in it (but my son won't eat it that way). You can also slow cook it for extra yumminess.
