7 oz celery
7 oz onion
3 eggs
7 oz sweet relish

  1. chop all the veggies

  2. hard boil eggs and chop

  3. drain tuna

  4. mix all ingredients

  5. add seasoning to taste, i.e. tarragon, paprika, or dill, black pepper
