Recipe Ingredients for Super Supper Salad with everything

3 leaves spinach, large
3 leaves lettuce, large
1 tbs olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt, Kosher
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup celery, chopped
6 tomatoes, cherry, halved
1/2 c chicken, breast, grilled, cut in strips
1 egg, hard boiled
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced, lightly sauted
2 tsp almonds, in slices
3 oz cheese, goat

Recipe Directions for Super Supper Salad with everything

  1. Use amounts of each ingredient as you prefer.

  2. Chiffonade* greens and toss with salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. Add other ingredients and leave in layers or toss.

  3. *Cut herbs or leafy green vegetables into long thin strips - try rolling up and cutting with kitchen sheers.
