Recipe Ingredients for Super Sub Salad

2 ounces deli ham
2 ounces chicken breast
3 cups mixed salad greens
1 chopped tomato
1 sliced red onions
1/4 sliced avocado
2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing, reduced calorie
2 tablespoons cheese, reduced fat, shredded

Recipe Directions for Super Sub Salad

  1. Add 2 ounces deli ham and 2 ounces of turkey or chicken breast to 3 cups fresh spinach and other salad greens.

  2. Add 1 chopped tomato, sliced red onions, and 1/4 sliced avocado.

  3. Top with 2 tablespoons light low calorie salad dressing and 2 tablespoons shredded reduced fat cheese.
