Filling, low-calorie soup, and low-glycemic soup!

Recipe Ingredients for Super Soup

9 cup Chicken Broth
6 medium Sweetpotato
3 medium raw Onion Red
6 clove Garlic
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cup, chopped Kale
4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Super Soup

  1. Add stock, add water to fill pot halfway. Bring to boil.

  2. Peel sweetpotatoes, and course chop. Add to water.

  3. Course chop onions and garlic, and add to water.

  4. When sweet potatoes are tender, reduce to simmer, add beans, and add chopped broccoli and kale.

  5. When broccoli is tender, but still bright green. Remove from heat.

  6. Use a immersion blender to puree the soup. Season to taste.
