Recipe Ingredients for Super Snack Cracker

2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup ground oregano
1/4 cup turmeric
1 tbsp flax seed
1/2 tsp salt
12 cloves garlic
1 tbsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Super Snack Cracker

  1. Add Water to consistency - 2 cups

  2. Lay out in large baking pan

  3. Sprinkle Flax Seed on top

  4. Score with pizza wheel to cracker size

  5. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min
