My favorite way to "skip" eating.

Recipe Ingredients for Super Smoothie

1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup baby spinach
1 banana
2 oz greek yogurt
1 tbsp Flax oil
1 scoop protein powder

Recipe Directions for Super Smoothie

Just put all ingredients in blender, and blend. Add soy milk/water/tea etc to get to the texture you like. Make sure to add that in your food log!
