Recipe Ingredients for super smoothie ( modified Dr Oz)

1 tsp Ginger Root
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup, diced Pineapple
8 fl oz Vanilla
1 cup Mixed Berries
10 grams Chia Seeds, Dried
2 oz soft tofu

Recipe Directions for super smoothie ( modified Dr Oz)

combine all ingredients in a blender. pulse grind the ginger first, then the kale, then the pineapple. next almond milk and berries. Can use ground flaw seed instead of chia seeds if you like.
