1/4 c Brown Sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Brown beef, add all ingredients. Let cook and stir occasionally for about 10 minutes.
